The Future Forces Forum team participated in the workshop 'Innovation for Field Medicine' organised by the European Defence Agency (EDA) in Brussels, on 24 September 2015. Following the positive outcomes from a similar event held last year, the workshop "Innovation for Field Medicine" was an open forum for national representatives and medical enterprises to share information on present and future capabilities for Medical Support to Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP).
In view of the fact that field medicine is an interconnected topic within the scope of professional events organised during the Future Forces Forum 2016, our presentation gained broad attention from the participating experts and industry representatives. Mainly the World CBRN & Medical Congress, Medical Workshop, Military Advanced Robotic Systems Conference, Future Soldier Systems Conference, and last but not least, the Future Forces Exhibition were in the centre of interest.
